A few weeks ago was my first time out of the state. I had only ever been on vacations in this state. My dad DROVE us up to florida. So I have still never been on a plane.But it was really cool to be I florida and see my dads old friends. And on the way there we saw where they filmed duck dynasty. My family and I love that show. They film it in West Monroe Lousiana. So since we stopped for gas there, the first other state I had ever been in was Lousiana. Then through Mississippi and Alabama. I had a lot of fun, it was kinda weird to think about how i was in a diffrent place on Earth; I don’t know, maybe it’s just me.
I have been out of the state before, and it was not as different as I thought it was going to be, but it was still REALLY fun!I went out of California, to Texas. The only thing that was pretty different fron where I am, is the food I ate. I first tried “yellow cherries”, and it was really good. The whole time I was there, I only ate pizza. I now am tired of pizza, but I still think Texas is really cool! That was also the first time I got to go on a plane ride… by myself!! I was only about eight, and I was really scared. Then it turned out to be okay, because it was only a two our ride. I stayed in Texas for about two weeks, but it was fun! When I got back to California, I couldn’t find my dad, at the airport. You see, I was supposed to stay in Texas for one more day, so no one knew I was in California yet. I then got picked up at five in the morning, and I never felt so happy in my life!!! <3
